Led by COO Rozana Mumtaz, our event management team oversees every operational layer with precision from planning, timelines and supplier coordination to run of show, contingency management, on-site execution and final teardown.
We manage corporate launches, gala dinners, brand experiences, private celebrations and cultural events with a calm, highly considered approach. Every supplier is aligned, every transition is anticipated, and every detail is managed with purpose.
Because the team shaping the vision is also the team responsible for delivering it, the experience remains cohesive from the first conversation to the final moment.

The same design instinct we bring to events extends into two adjacent areas we still take on selectively:
Interior Design — residential and commercial spaces shaped around how you actually live or work, not around a house style. Space planning, concept development, custom joinery, and project management through completion.
Visual Merchandising — window and in-store displays, brand environments, seasonal rollouts, and custom prop fabrication for retail brands, fashion houses, and product launches.

Consultation
We meet to understand the brief properly. We would need to know the occasion, the space, the people, the constraints, and what success looks like to you.

Site Visit
We walk the venue or space to understand what we’re actually working with: dimensions, sightlines, access, lighting conditions, and the technical limits that shape what’s possible.

Concept
We develop a design direction and present it visually. Nothing proceeds until you’re genuinely excited by it.

Design Development
The concept becomes drawings, material selections, fabrication plans, and a costed proposal.

Production
Custom elements are built using many in our own workshop while our team coordinates suppliers and timelines.

Execution
Installation and delivery, managed on site by the team that designed it.
